Policy-aligned, auditable business-partner decisions, built around your processes.
nRisk Flows brings data quality, credit and compliance decisions together on one shared, verified business-partner record. Workflows run in parallel rather than sequentially, reducing onboarding time and operational handovers.
DQA Flow creates the trusted entity record. Credit Flow automates credit decisions, with TCI Connect available for trade credit insurance. Compliance Flow manages screening and monitoring in the same environment.
Decisions combine deterministic rules, AI models and human expertise. Routine cases are automated; exceptions are routed to the right people with full context. Every outcome is explainable and fully auditable.
All Flows are available on the same platform and can be implemented in days, not months, with no rebuild required as your needs expand.

DQA Flow
DQA Flow
Verified data from day one
DQA Flow ensures every business partner starts with a verified identity and reliable data, eliminating duplicates, accelerating onboarding, and laying a trusted foundation for every transaction.
→
Zero duplicates. Automatically screens your existing databases before creating new records, maintaining a single, consistent source of truth.
→
Instant entity verification. Validates VAT numbers, official legal names, status, addresses (latin and local), and firmographics against trusted registers and tax authorities before risk or compliance checks run.
→
Autonomous AI resolution. When data can't be instantly validated, the AI Data Steward Agent steps in to research, verify, and complete the missing details, keeping the flow moving without unnecessary manual delays.
→
Seamless e-invoicing. Pre-fills the correct local legal entity and address details (including local-language versions) verified with the tax authorities to prevent billing delays, rework, and compliance exceptions.
→
Flexible automation. Matches, enriches, and syncs clean data straight to your ERP or CRM, routing complex cases to human Data Stewards only when truly needed.
Identity doesn't end at onboarding
Company details change: a registered address moves, a VAT number is reissued, a Trade Registry entry is amended. Left unmanaged, these changes quietly turn a once-verified record into a stale one, and every flow built on top of it inherits that risk. DQA Flow closes this gap: when nRisk One detects a firmographic signal (a change in address, registry status, or VAT number), it automatically initiates an entity update within DQA Flow, re-verifying the affected data and refreshing the business-partner record. No manual monitoring, no relying on someone to notice.
How a DQA Flow works, step by step
1
Trigger
A new business partner is initiated, whether from a sales request, an onboarding form, or an external system event.
2
Search & match
nRisk queries connected company data sources and returns candidate entities based on the details provided.
3
Selection & confirmation
The user selects the correct entity from the matched results, resolving any ambiguity before data enters the system.
4
Firmographics & verification
Legal name, VAT number, and Trade Registry number are pulled from third-party data and automatically verified against official registries.
5
Policy documents
Mandatory supporting documents (such as a business extract) are collected as part of the same flow, in line with internal onboarding policy.
6
Handoff & sync
The verified business-partner record is published into nRisk One. Depending on how the flow is configured, it's pushed straight to your ERP or CRM (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Workday, Infor, Sage, Salesforce, HubSpot) or held for a Data Steward to review and release first. Either way, it's ready to trigger Credit Flow or any other configured flow.
7
Ongoing monitoring
nRisk One continuously watches for firmographic signals (address changes, registry updates, VAT status changes) on every entity in the record.
✓
Automatic update
When a signal fires, DQA Flow re-opens the entity and re-verifies the changed data. The refreshed record updates your ERP/CRM automatically, or waits for Data Steward sign-off first. The same configuration choice made at onboarding applies here too.
The foundation everything else runs on. DQA Flow turns entity resolution from a one-time, error-prone onboarding step into a living process, accurate at the start and kept accurate throughout. Every flow and every system downstream always works from the same current, single source of truth.
What makes it different
Verified from the start
VAT and Trade Registry numbers are sourced directly from third-party data and automatically validated via VIES or equivalent national registries, removing manual lookups and reducing onboarding errors.
Continuously kept current
Firmographic signals from nRisk One trigger automatic re-verification and updates, so entity data doesn't silently decay after go-live.
Policy-compliant by design
Mandatory steps (such as uploading a business extract) can be enforced as part of the flow itself, so onboarding never bypasses internal policy.
Automated or steward-reviewed: your call
Configure DQA Flow to push verified updates straight to your ERP or CRM, route them through a Data Steward for a final check, or mix both by case type. Either way, finance and sales always see the current, confirmed entity, never a stale, manually re-keyed copy.
Zero rebuild for what comes next
Once an entity is confirmed or updated, it feeds straight into Credit Flow (and, as they go live, Compliance Flow and Credit Flow's TCI Connect submodule) without re-entry or re-verification.
Credit Flow
Credit Flow
The end-to-end credit decision workflow, managing everything from initial application or limit review to final approved outcome and a complete audit trail. Fully automated, transparent, and built entirely around your corporate risk policy.
Credit Flow handles both new customer onboarding credit decisions and existing customer limit reviews. Any configurable business event can trigger a flow: a sales request, a system signal, a scheduled review cycle, or an adverse risk alert from nRisk One.
What makes it different
Flexible limit management
Configure limits your way. Support commercial credit limits, Discretionary Credit Limits (DCL), trade credit insurance limits, or any tailored combination.
Agile policy adaptation
Easily automate your exact credit rules and update them on the fly when market conditions or risk appetites demand it.
Streamlined routing & approvals
Routine cases are processed automatically. Complex applications are routed directly to credit analysts, and higher-risk exposures automatically follow your corporate sign-off hierarchy.
Defensible transparency
Every action, decision, and handover is logged in a real-time audit trail, giving complete visibility into where any case sits in the workflow at any given moment.
How a Credit Flow works, step by step
1
Trigger
Sales submits a new credit application, or a limit review is triggered by a scheduled cycle or an adverse signal from nRisk One.
2
Data pull from nRisk One
The flow automatically pulls the complete, up-to-date business-partner record: financial data, payment history, external reports, sanctions status.
3
Scoring via Limit IQ
The MORE score runs, supplemented by the customer's own scoring layer. A transparent scorecard is produced with a recommended credit limit.
4
Rules engine evaluation
The business rules engine evaluates the case against your credit policy. Straight-through approval, escalation, or rejection, consistently enforced.
5
Approval workflow
Complex cases route to the right approver based on limit size, risk tier, or region, with full context visible in one screen.
✓
Decision + audit trail
Outcome recorded. Full audit trail written. Limit pushed back to ERP. Sales notified. Done.

Compliance Flow · In development
Compliance Flow
In most corporates, a new international customer or supplier triggers two separate processes: a credit assessment in one system, and a sanctions or ABC check in another, often run by a different team on a different timeline. The two rarely talk to each other. Onboarding stalls while compliance catches up, existing customers can drift out of policy between reviews, and when a regulator or auditor asks how a decision was made, the answer lives in two disconnected audit trails instead of one.
Compliance Flow closes that gap. It brings sanctions screening, PEP and adverse media checks, and ABC/ethics monitoring directly onto the same business-partner record as credit, supplier, and fraud risk, running in the same case, from the same data, producing one decision and one audit trail instead of two.
What it covers
Sanctions screening
Real-time screening against OFAC, EU, UN, and other global lists, scoped automatically to each partner's risk profile, not run flat across every case.
PEP & adverse media
Politically Exposed Person and adverse media checks, continuously monitored, not a one-time check that goes stale the day after onboarding.
ABC & ethics
Anti-bribery, corruption, and ethics checks built into onboarding from day one, not a manual step someone remembers to add for international deals.
What makes it different
Risk-based, not screen-everyone-the-same
Low-risk partners clear automatically. Medium and high-risk cases get the depth of screening they actually need, scaled to country, sector, and ownership structure, extending to related parties only where the risk profile calls for it.
Runs alongside credit, not behind it
Same case as DQA and Credit Flow. No re-entered data, no second queue, no waiting on compliance before a credit decision can start. When a sanctions hit appears on an existing customer, it triggers a credit review in the same flow.
AI filters, people decide
Every hit that reaches a reviewer comes with the AI's reasoning attached. The model never clears a hit on its own. It earns the case a faster, better-informed first review. A false positive gets dismissed in minutes, not days.
Built for scrutiny by design
Every match, every AI reasoning step, and every human decision is logged automatically, ready for your regulator, your auditor, or your board without a scramble to reconstruct it afterward.
How a Compliance Flow works, step by step
1
Trigger
A new onboarding case is created, or an existing partner is re-screened on schedule or in response to a signal from nRisk One.
2
Risk profiling
The rules engine evaluates the case and assigns a risk tier (low, medium, or high) which sets the screening scope and lists automatically.
3
Screening
The relevant entity and related-party data is sent to your chosen screening provider via API; name-match hits come back into the case.
4
AI-assisted triage
Hits above the match threshold are assessed against the knowledge graph; a probability and reasoning are generated and logged.
5
Human review
First-line reviewers assess the hit with full context already assembled; false positives are dismissed and logged, genuine hits escalate to the Compliance Officer.
✓
Decision + audit trail
Outcome recorded, business-partner record updated, credit case unblocked or held accordingly. Full audit trail written. Nothing re-typed, nothing re-reviewed elsewhere.
One less reason a deal slips. Compliance Flow is configured around the regimes, thresholds, and lines of defense you already use, not a second onboarding process bolted on for sales to work around. Same case, same record, same speed you already expect from Credit Flow.
"Compliance bolted on, if at all, not built in. Sanctions and ABC slow international onboarding."Source: our customer research

Frequently asked
Questions about nRisk Flows
What is nRisk Flows?
nRisk Flows is the outcome layer of the platform. DQA Flow creates the trusted entity record, Credit Flow automates credit decisions and Compliance Flow manages screening and monitoring, all on one shared business-partner record. The flows run in parallel rather than one after another, which reduces onboarding time and handovers.
What is still in development?
Compliance Flow and TCI Connect, the trade credit insurance submodule of Credit Flow, are in development. Adding them later requires no rebuild.
How does Credit Flow make a credit decision?
A sales request, scheduled review or risk signal triggers the flow. It pulls the up-to-date business-partner record from nRisk One, scores the case with Limit IQ (the MORE score plus your own scoring layer), evaluates it against your credit policy in the rules engine and routes complex cases to the right approver. The outcome and full audit trail are recorded and the limit is pushed back to your ERP.
What is TCI Connect?
TCI Connect is an optional submodule of Credit Flow for trade credit insurance. It lets you request insured limits from your TCI provider inside the same flow, manage policy limits and residue in one view, receive alerts when insured limits change and see insured versus uninsured exposure alongside every credit decision. TCI Connect is in development.
How does Compliance Flow handle sanctions hits?
Screening is risk-based: low-risk partners clear automatically, while medium and high-risk cases get deeper screening against lists such as OFAC, EU and UN. Hits come with the AI's reasoning attached, but the model never clears a hit on its own: people decide. Every match, reasoning step and human decision is logged in the same audit trail as the credit case.
Can nRisk Flows follow our own credit policy?
Yes. You configure your policy once in the business rules engine and it is enforced consistently across all regions, ERPs and business units. Approvals follow your own hierarchy, by risk tier, limit size or region.
