nRisk IQ

One dataset. Multiple risk lenses. Intelligence that gets sharper with every decision.

nRisk IQ is the intelligence layer that sits on top of the nRisk One data foundation. Every IQ module reads from the same business-partner record, so signals from one lens inform the next. No duplicated data. No inconsistent scores. One platform that learns.

Limit IQ

Limit IQ

Smarter, more transparent credit limit decisions, powered by the modeFinance MORE score as a foundation and extended by a configurable customer layer that reflects your specific risk profile.

Limit IQ uses all available data (financial statements, payment behaviour, transactional history from the ERP, and external credit bureau signals), fully configurable per customer to produce a bespoke, explainable credit limit recommendation.

The scoring model
Foundation: modeFinance MORE score
A credit rating methodology from an ESMA-registered rating agency. Financial analysis, payment behaviour, and market context, producing a standardised, defensible base score.
Customer layer: your own risk profile
Add your own weighting rules, sector adjustments, internal payment history, or bespoke risk parameters on top of the MORE score, to make the limit recommendation specific to your customer portfolio and risk appetite.
Data inputs: fully configurable
Financial statements (P&L, balance sheet)
Payment behaviour & history
ERP transactional data (invoices, disputes)
External credit bureau reports
Market signals & sector data
Customer-defined risk parameters
What Limit IQ produces
Transparent scorecard. A full breakdown of what drove the score, visible to the analyst and defensible to the auditor
Recommended credit limit. Calculated from the score, your customer layer, and your policy rules
Group limit distribution. Limits dynamically allocated across corporate group entities
In-platform financial spreading. No need to leave the platform to analyse financial statements
Bespoke debtor reports. Turnover and payment analytics per customer, ready for review
"Replace black-box scores with transparent, data-driven decisioning built on a recognised rating methodology, and a step-by-step audit report of every decision."

Portfolio IQ

Beyond individual debtors: a holistic, portfolio-level view of your credit risk. For the CFO who needs to understand total exposure, simulate policy changes, and demonstrate control to the board.

Portfolio IQ combines AI-driven market signals, Monte Carlo simulations, and BI integration to give credit managers and CFOs a forward-looking view of risk, not just a snapshot of today.

Value at Risk (VaR) modelling
Quantify both expected and unexpected losses across your full portfolio. Understand total risk exposure, not just individual customer risk.
Scenario analysis & simulations
Use AI-driven market signals for countries and sectors to simulate potential portfolio impacts. Monte Carlo simulations for loss distribution. Cash flow projections under different risk scenarios.
Policy impact simulation
Model how a change to your credit policy would affect workload, risk exposure, and commercial opportunity, before you implement it. Show the board the numbers before the decision is made.
BI integration & batch assessments
Access advanced analytics through BI integration. Run scheduled or ad-hoc batch assessments across the portfolio. Surface hidden risk pockets before they become losses.
The CFO questions Portfolio IQ answers
"What is our total expected loss exposure this quarter?"
"If the construction sector deteriorates by 15%, how does that hit our portfolio?"
"If we tighten our credit policy, what's the commercial impact vs. the risk reduction?"
"Where are the hidden risk concentrations in our debtor book?"
In active development. Portfolio IQ is on our near-term roadmap. If portfolio-level risk analytics are a priority for you, let us know. Customer input is shaping the feature set.
Fraud IQ · In active development

Fraud IQ

Digital fingerprint and location-based fraud detection, integrated into the credit and onboarding flow. Detect fraud signals early, before a limit is approved and before exposure is created.

Fraud IQ runs on the same business-partner record as every other IQ module, so fraud signals are immediately visible in the credit decision context, and a fraud hit on one flow surfaces across all others.

fingerprint
Digital fingerprint analysis
Device, browser, and behavioural signals that indicate identity inconsistency or fabricated applications.
Location intelligence
Geographic signals: IP location, registration address, and operating location, cross-referenced against stated business details.
Identity cross-check
Cross-reference submitted identity data against the xR2 record and external sources to detect inconsistency.
Why fraud risk belongs in the same platform
Fraud risk and credit risk share the same business partners, the same onboarding events, and the same data. When they run in separate systems, a fraudulent application can pass a credit check simply because the fraud signal never reached the credit team.
With Fraud IQ on the nRisk platform, fraud signals are visible in the Credit Flow at the point of decision, and a fraud flag automatically triggers a compliance review via the Compliance Flow.
In active development. If fraud risk in your trade credit or onboarding process is a priority, we'd like to hear from you. Early customer input shapes the roadmap.
The IQ principle

Intelligence shared. Never siloed.

Every IQ module reads from the same nRisk One data foundation. Signals from Limit IQ feed into Portfolio IQ. Fraud signals surface in the Credit Flow. Compliance hits trigger credit reviews. The platform gets smarter with every decision made, across every risk lens.

Limit IQ
Scores inform Portfolio IQ simulations and Credit Flow decisions.
Portfolio IQ
Portfolio signals surface concentration risk and feed back into policy rules in the Flow layer.
Fraud IQ
Fraud signals surface in Credit Flow and automatically trigger Compliance Flow reviews.
Frequently asked

Questions about nRisk IQ

What is nRisk IQ?

nRisk IQ is the intelligence layer on top of the nRisk One data foundation. Every IQ module reads from the same business-partner record, so signals from one risk lens inform the next, without duplicated data or inconsistent scores.

Which IQ modules are in development?

Portfolio IQ (portfolio-level credit risk, Value at Risk and scenario simulations) and Fraud IQ (digital fingerprint and location-based fraud detection) are in active development. Customer input is shaping their feature set.

How does Limit IQ calculate a credit limit?

Limit IQ starts from the modeFinance MORE score and adds a configurable customer layer with your own weighting rules, sector adjustments and internal payment history. It uses financial statements, payment behaviour, ERP transaction data, credit bureau reports and market signals, and produces a transparent scorecard, a recommended credit limit and a limit distribution across group entities.

What is the MORE score?

The MORE score is a machine-learning credit-risk methodology from modeFinance, Europe's first fintech credit rating agency, registered with ESMA as a Credit Rating Agency and ECAI since 2015. It gives Limit IQ a standardised, defensible base score.

Why are nRisk credit scores explainable?

Because every score is built on a recognised rating methodology and traceable to its inputs. The scorecard shows what drove the score, and every decision comes with a step-by-step audit report, so it can be defended to an auditor, insurer or regulator. There are no black-box scores.
